Welcome to Mountain Springs Ministries Website! We pray that you will be encouraged by our testimonies and stories.
We want to be able to share the incredible work that the Holy Spirit of God is doing in the lives of the Pashtun people. The team is growing amongst the Pashtun and is supported by a Ministry leader and international co-ordinator here in the United Kingdom. He is a Pashtun believer from Afghanistan and had to flee for his life many years ago when he became a Christian. He has continued his connection with believers in Pakistan and Afghanistan to help the ministry leaders and teams develop, and provide a safe telephone contact for those in these countries seeking to know more about Jesus Christ. He also produces much of the teaching materials used by the ministry in helping believers grow, and non-believers learn more about Jesus Christ.
The work is also supported by a very small number of volunteers who share prayer requests, provide financial assistance, and help with other administrative tasks. We are also thankful for a number of churches who have welcomed us to speak with them, and who now share in the work of the ministry. We also have prayer partners in various parts of the world supporting us.
We recognise our limitations in our numbers and resources but not in our God. He is not limited and whilst we don’t have the resources of other ministries to develop the public identity of the ministry and tell many more people about what we do, we are seeing more and more Pashtun come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ as the Holy Spirit works in the hearts of men and women to share the gospel and others to receive it.
We hope that in time our opportunities to develop this web site resource will allow us to share more of the incredible work that God is doing amongst the Pashtun people. We hope that you will join us in sharing in this and as a result will come to know Almighty God at work in transforming you and your desire to follow Jesus command, to make disciples of all nations.
